Signing in is easier to get right. • The instance field now uses the full width of the screen, so you can finally see what you are typing. The old layout wrapped it in "https://" and ".customer.paperhero.io" and left barely any room in between. • As you type, the address you will connect to appears live underneath, so you can check it before you sign in. • The field now asks for your Instance ID and explains what that is — just the first part of your address. • Pasting your full PaperHero address works too: we pick the right part out of it for you. • Signing up shows the same live preview of the address your new instance will get.

Fixed: documents that failed during processing are now shown as failed. Until now, if processing an inbox document ran into a problem, the item kept showing "Processing" indefinitely — and because it looked busy, there was no way to retry it. Those items are now clearly marked as failed, and you can restart processing straight from the inbox list or the document's detail view. The app also no longer keeps checking on documents that can't finish on their own, which saves a little battery and data.

This update fixes a couple of issues: • Folders are now created and renamed in the correct location — previously they could end up at the top level instead of inside the folder you chose. • Two-factor authentication (2FA) setup QR codes now scan reliably in authenticator apps. Plus minor stability and interface improvements.
