For things like "take meds" or "workout": flip one toggle in the task detail. Complete it, and it comes back tomorrow. No weekly schedules on purpose.
■ Add with Siri, Shortcuts, or the Action button
Just say "Hey Siri, add to PocketToDo." Answer "What should I drop in?" and it lands in your Unsorted tray. The app never opens.

See the tasks for your current scene on the Home Screen and Lock Screen. On iOS 18, add tasks from Control Center too.
