Aerient Readiness is an operational readiness platform built specifically for first responders — law enforcement, fire, EMS, and other public safety professionals. KNOW WHERE YOU STAND Complete a 30-second daily check-in covering six readiness factors: sleep quality, physical recovery, mental readiness, stress load, workload tolerance, and muscular recovery. Your inputs generate a personalized readiness score and place you in one of three operational zones — Ready, Elevated Load, or Recovery Compromised. ZONE-BASED PROTOCOLS Based on your zone, Aerient routes you to a targeted video protocol designed to activate, reset, or recover your system. Protocols are 1-5 minutes and built for the pace of the job — not hour-long wellness programs. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your individual readiness score is never visible to your department, your supervisor, or your agency. No rank. No station. No surveillance. Data is stored under an anonymous responder ID, not your name or email. Check-in data is automatically deleted after 12 months. TRACK YOUR TRENDS View your readiness history over time. Understand patterns in your recovery, stress, and performance. See how shift work, sleep, and workload affect your readiness across days and weeks. DAILY REMINDERS Set a daily check-in reminder at the time that works best for your schedule. A streak protection reminder fires at 8pm if you haven't checked in — so you never lose your data continuity. BUILT FOR AGENCIES Aerient Readiness is also available as an agency platform. Administrators receive aggregate readiness data — zone distributions, participation rates, and trend analysis — without ever accessing individual scores. Privacy is enforced at the database level, not just policy. Individual use is free forever. Agency subscriptions available at aerient.org.
