Youmila Efficient Execution is an iPhone productivity app for focused task planning and calm completion. It helps users capture to-do items, assign categories and priorities, set due dates, estimate focus time, and attach optional task photos from the camera or photo library.
The app includes five main tabs: Home, To Do, Done, Insights, and Settings. Home provides a command-center overview with completion progress and quick actions. To Do shows the active queue with filters for all tasks, today, overdue, and high priority. Done stores completed wins and allows tasks to be reopened. Insights visualizes completion rate, category workload, priority mix, and a seven-day completion trend. Settings includes data controls, privacy notes, and a full user guide.
All task records are stored locally on the device. Export creates a CSV task table and a readable text summary, then lets the user share those files through the standard iOS share sheet.
