■ 6 Gimmicks That Rule the Board
▼ Orb
A bewitching orb of light that clings to any mallet drifting too close. The first one is safe — but the instant a second latches on, it's an immediate foul. Slip through the sea of orbs!
▼ Pitfall
A puck that falls in is ejected toward the nearest goal after a few seconds. Fall in with your mallet and you concede. The abyss can be a weapon.
▼ Bomber
It slowly stalks your mallet and erupts the moment its fuse burns out. Get caught in the blast and you concede. Lure it into enemy territory and detonate it in their face.
▼ Tank
An iron fortress that stacks armor with every solid hit. Land the third hit and it fires a volley of orbs at your rival's goal. Whoever lands the final blow rules the battlefield.
▼ Switch
A trump card you can step on only while you're not carrying an orb. Trigger it and every puck turns SUPER — slipping over pitfalls and scoring triple.
▼ Swamp
A mallet that enters slows down sharply for a few seconds. Sink, and it's over. Steer clear of the swamp.
