Manage your care from one secure app. Book sessions, message your therapist, and attend appointments by audio or video call. Key features: Create your account - Register with email, complete your profile, and set your preferred language. Health questionnaire - Answer guided mental health and wellness questions so therapists can understand your needs. Partner questionnaires are supported for couple therapy. Find and book a therapist - Browse matched therapists, choose solo or couple therapy, select counsellor or psychologist, pick session type (audio or video), and schedule appointments. Manage appointments - View upcoming and past sessions, reschedule or cancel, and join your session directly from the app. Real-time chat - Message your therapist, send text and photos, and download shared images. Audio and video calls - Join secure one-to-one therapy calls with camera and microphone. Continue calls in a floating window while using other parts of the app. Session notes - View notes and attachments shared by your therapist during a session. My Account - Edit profile, update profile photo, manage partner invitations, view credits, and access settings. Notifications - Receive alerts for appointments, messages, and important updates.
