Combine multiple images, PDFs and saved scans into one document. Read individual pages, change their order, rotate, remove and undo edits with accurate previews. Preserve original PDF content where supported. Safer import cancellation and clearer file errors. Improved Ario Pass membership feedback.

A new name, and a better combine. The app is now called Scanner. Combining documents is properly built out: choose exactly which documents to combine, put them in the order you want, name the result, and see what you'll get before it happens. Compression quality levels now genuinely differ.

Onboarding now leads straight into scanning, with smoother premium entitlement handling and reliability improvements.

Your documents are safer and the app is easier to use. • Secure vault now genuinely protects your locked documents — they're hidden from your library, search and Spotlight, and require Face ID or Touch ID to open. • Redaction is now permanent: redacted text is removed from exported PDFs, not just covered up. • Count & area is a real measuring tool — detect objects on a page, set a reference size, and get live counts and areas. • Restore documents from Trash, or delete them for good. • Accessibility: full VoiceOver labels, Dynamic Type support throughout, and larger tap targets. • Clearer subscription info, and we never offer a free trial we can't honour.

Ask your PDF, reliably. • The AI assistant now answers from your document every time — with honest errors and a one-tap Retry when something goes wrong. • Sharper search: find scans by title, text, folder or tag, with separate Favourites, Archive and Trash filters. • Large libraries are stored more safely on your device. • Security hardening: document passwords never leave your device. • Performance fixes and polish throughout.

• The highlighter is now a real translucent marker — choose from five colours (yellow, green, pink, blue, orange) instead of a plain black line. • Sort your library by name, page count or size, with quick filters for Locked and Signed documents. • Batch favourite, archive or trash straight from the library. • Longer scans now get fuller OCR coverage, and exported PDFs carry document metadata. • Accessibility and reliability improvements throughout.

Polish update. Fixes the Library batch bar so Rename, Merge and Export are always fully visible (no longer hidden behind the scan button). Also includes the premium dark "Studio" design, a refreshed icon, fluid animations, smoother signing and a faster launch.

Fixed a bug where two small black marks could appear in the top-left corner of saved or exported JPG images. Improved subscription loading reliability.
