• When a new version of Velapp is out, the app now lets you know, with a button that takes you straight to the store. Tap "Not now" and it waits for the next one. • Small fixes.

• Notifications and Veli now always speak the language you use the app in. Some of you were getting them in Polish, sorry about that. • Ads that fail to load get a second try instead of leaving an empty space.

• Fallen behind your plan for a few weeks? It now eases off to meet you where you are, and tells you when it does. • Ads load more reliably and no longer pop up when you come back from picking a photo or buying Pro. • Android: you can now choose whether ads are personalised.

• Velapp Pro now costs about half what it did, monthly and yearly. • New accounts start with a week of Pro included. No card, nothing to cancel, and we tell you when it ends. • Been away for a week? The morning note stops reading out a session you were never going to run and asks for one easy one instead.

• Your plan finally includes real quality work. Tempo starts in the middle of the base phase instead of after four weeks, and half marathon and marathon plans include interval sessions. • Train five days a week or more and the build and peak weeks give you two hard sessions instead of one. • New screen: the maths behind your plan, worked through on your own numbers - where your VDOT comes from and how your paces and heart-rate zones are built. • Logging a run by hand is quicker. Heart rate, cadence and the rest now sit behind an Advanced section.

• Velapp Pro now starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time before it ends and you are not charged. • Android: the trial you were eligible for was never mentioned on the paywall. Now it is. • Been away for a few weeks? Veli invites you back instead of reading out a session you were never going to run.

• Training for 30K, or any distance that is not on the list? Type it in and your plan is built around it. • Dates, paces and numbers now follow your own language instead of the closest guess. • Fixes for Health Connect on Android and a calmer sign-up.

• New accounts now confirm their email with a six-digit code. • Fixed the privacy-policy notice showing up for brand-new accounts that had never seen the old one.

• Walks and hikes recorded with a distance now import from Health, so a session your tracker filed under the wrong type is no longer lost. • Fixed notifications never arriving after you turned them on during setup. • Tidier layout on the completed-workout row.

• Change your ads privacy choice any time in Profile. • Shared achievements now carry a code, so anyone who sees one can find Velapp. • Share your weekly recap straight from the recap screen. • Updated Privacy Policy: heart rate, injuries and check-ins are now handled as health data, on your explicit consent.

• Starting over now correctly re-runs onboarding. • Resetting or deleting your account data now clears everything it should. • Velapp is now listed in 12 more languages.

• Apple Health: we now import your full running history, not just the last year. • Your coach Veli uses your runs better to set paces - no more needless asks for a 1 km time. • More reliable workout saving and clearer error messages.
