Private challenges work for everyone now, Rawly speaks Polish and Japanese, and the camera and photos are steadier. Challenges • Private challenges are open to everyone. Only the creator sees the entries and picks the winner. If nobody is picked within 3 days, the prize is shared among the entrants. • Part of every private challenge goes to a community pool, and Rawly opens open challenges from it. • A brand challenge says before you enter that the brand may use the winning shot for 12 months. You keep the copyright. • A RAW NOW notification opens the camera. A Daily Event notification opens the object's page. An old notification no longer opens a challenge that has ended. Ranks and Score • The Rank screen shows each step: account age, active weeks, entries, wins and a balanced vote. • Ten answers in the vote deck make a week count as active. • Your Score stays, however long you are away. • Badges come in families, with the rank ladder at the top. Earnings • The monthly withdrawal limit follows your rank, not your followers. Withdrawals are currently open in the EU, the UK, the US, Canada and Switzerland. Playing is open everywhere. • Buying Token shows the purchase terms before you pay. Welcome • A calmer welcome screen with real Rawly shots, and Apple and Google sign-in as two buttons of the same size. Photos • An enlarged photo names its author and prints nothing over the picture. • Proof frames load again on the vote deck and the post page. • On a weak connection a post no longer appears two or three times. • Try again on the RAW NOW and Daily Event screens once you have seen everything. Languages and settings • Rawly now speaks Polish and Japanese. • Settings > Notifications > Email: turn news emails from Rawly on or off. Fair play • Gifts, paid tasks and challenge prizes cannot move between accounts on the same phone. Fixes • Fixed crashes in the camera and while photos load. • Fixed a crash when the update button opens the store.

Faster and smoother • The app opens without waiting. • The home feed scrolls smoothly and loads the next photos ahead. • The camera and your chats open at once. • Photos load at the size they are shown, and screens that sit still stop redrawing, so your phone does less work. Camera • One camera everywhere: posts, RAW NOW, challenges, chat photos, task proof, profile and cover photos. • It opens at once, and switching between photo and video no longer drops you to a loading screen. • Open it again within a few seconds of closing it and it is there at once. • Switching between photo and video, or front and back, no longer freezes the picture. The Rawly mark shows while the camera gets ready. • The shutter dims for a moment instead of flashing white. • Controls wait until the camera is ready, so a tap never takes an empty shot. Challenges • A new Challenges screen. Filter by what you can join, what is near you, what ends soon or what is new, and join from the list in one tap. • Hide sponsored challenges, all of them or one brand at a time. • A challenge can run anywhere from one hour to thirty days. • Tapping an entry only opens it. To pick a winner early, choose End early, then Pick. • A new Top tab: the winners of the day, the week and the month, what is running now, and a live ranking. • On the map, a challenge offers what the list offers: Join, Vote, Joined or Yours, and directions to a spot. The location button asks before it looks. Earnings and rank • A new Earnings screen: your balance down to the fraction, what you can withdraw, and what opens withdrawals. • A new Rank screen shows each step to the next rank. Voting • The vote deck has buttons as well as swipes, and you can undo the last card. • New photos open in voting first. Photos from people you follow stay open. RAW NOW • The camera closes the moment you shoot, and the photo sends in the background. • Your diary shows your year in colour, each day in the colour of its RAW NOW photo. Share your year as a card. • When you have seen every capture, the deck says so and checks for new ones on its own. Profile • Your profile opens on the last 30 days, with your Score, followers and following. • A two-sided profile photo: front and back camera, tap to switch. • Same moment: the RAW NOW days you and someone else both shot. • Your seal: your profile on a coin in your rank's metal, with a code that opens it. Gifts • Send a gift on a post or a challenge entry, from Lux to Corona. You pay in Token, the author receives the same amount in Jeton. Safety • Rawly is now for people 18 and over. If we do not have your birthday, the app asks for it once. • A block closes every door: profile, posts, stories, comments and challenges. • Burned or deleted messages leave your phone too. • Photos sent with flash protection stay blurred in the chat and in shared media. • Report a person from their profile or a chat.

New in Rawly • The Daily Event takes the place of live events. Every day at a surprise time, everyone gets the same object, from a spoon to a kettle, and a notification. Shoot it in the first hour, or late until the next one opens. • Each photo is voted on for 24 hours from when it is posted. The three photos with the most votes earn Score. • Duel a friend: send a link, they shoot the same object, and everyone else picks the better shot. The result comes after 24 hours. • A streak counts the days in a row you shoot RAW NOW or the Daily Event. • Challenges can cover a whole city. Challenges near you come first. • Open challenges show how many people are shooting right now and how much time is left. • When a challenge ends, everyone who entered or voted sees the result. • Win a challenge or a RAW NOW crown and a share card opens in Rawly's look. • Notifications now arrive in the language you use Rawly in. • Share your RAW NOW day in one line, without the photo. • New here? Rawly suggests an open challenge for your first photo. • The people suggested when you join show their latest photos, and you can follow them all at once. A new look • Posts are framed and clean. The photo carries no text; what it answers, where and when sits under the name. • One set of buttons across the app, in black and white. Stories • A story shows the whole photo instead of a cropped one. • Hold to pause, swipe to the next person, pull down to close. • Mark a story "View once" and each person can watch it a single time. • Quick reactions fly up and send at once. • Posting a story no longer keeps you waiting on the camera. • Stories you have watched stay in the bar, so you can watch them again. Camera • The viewfinder now shows exactly the photo you get, in 3:4 or 9:16. • The photo opens for review right away while the verification shot finishes. • On iPhone, a challenge video also records the other lens and plays it in the corner. • Challenge videos run up to 20 seconds. • Videos record at 1080p, so they upload faster and use less data. • The camera starts sooner. Home screen and lock screen • A "Rawly today" widget shows the Daily Event, the challenge of the day, and RAW NOW while it is open. • While RAW NOW is open, a countdown sits on your lock screen. Faster • Feeds, challenges and profiles open on what you saw last, then refresh. • Photos load over a blur of their own colours instead of a grey box. • Profile pictures load at a smaller size. • The next video is ready before you swipe to it. • Your post shows at the top of the feed while it uploads. • The app opens faster. • Older phones run smoother. Comfort • Sounds for a vote and a win, under Settings. • Reduce Motion is honoured, and text can be up to 125% larger. Fixes • The blocked users list no longer crashes. • A video that showed "Retry" after a while away now plays.

Fixed an issue that could stop content from loading. The app now reconnects more reliably and opens faster on slow connections.

Bug fixes and performance improvements.

Entries you can't vote on, like the ones in your own challenge, no longer sit there. Two-factor sign-in fixed. Search follows feed privacy. Private verification photos stay private. Posting is much faster, broken photos now load, and posts opened from a profile show the author's photo.

Badges you had already earned are granted, and your rank shows in the grid. Challenges are named on your profile. RAW NOW has its own tab. Comment notifications open the comment. Avatars and @mentions work. The app no longer turns sideways, and photos that would not load now display. Posting is about ten times faster.

Fixes and improvements. • You no longer need an invite code to create an account. Have one? There's still a place to enter it. • Sign in with Apple and Google now sit side by side, and both tell you what actually went wrong if they fail. • Deleting your account now works, and removes everything: your photos, messages and verification frames. • The feed no longer stalls while scrolling. • Drag the proof badge anywhere on a photo. It stays where you put it. • Swipe to reply in chat now follows your finger instead of flying off. • Passwords fill from your keychain when you sign in. • Menus and sheets run smoother and cooler. • Share or save your own photo straight from the full screen view. • Follower and following lists are visible only to their owner. • RAW NOW entries now carry their proof frame.

Messaging Messages sent one after another sometimes went unread. They all arrive now. Editing a message could leave it unreadable for good. Fixed. Conversations that break now repair themselves, and a message that truly cannot be recovered says so in seconds instead of hanging. Chat now shows the other person's photo. Tap it to open their profile. Message alerts arrive with their face instead of a bell. Photos and video Avatars no longer flash a coloured letter before loading. RAW NOW clips would not play. Fixed, in the recording itself and in how it reaches you. Your diary opens the capture you took, not a preview of the print. Feed Live event entries now say which event they answer. Payouts Withdrawal requests sent the wrong country. Fixed.

Challenge timers no longer freeze, so you can see how long is left. Unreadable messages now repair themselves, including older ones. Notification taps open the right screen, even when the app was closed. From a profile, keep scrolling to that person's other posts. Fixed two crashes: emoji names, and opening the app from a shared link.

Videos now work. They play, open on their first frame, and even out in loudness between clips. Switching to video no longer starts recording on its own. Stories no longer start on a black screen and load much faster. Photos on the voting screen stay bright. Chats repair themselves instead of getting stuck. Fixed a crash for anyone whose name starts with an emoji.
