Message Exporter: Chat Backup
Export Messages to PDF & CSV
Only for Mac
Free · In‑App Purchases
Mac
Export any date range from your Mac's Messages — with the photos, videos and files people actually sent you — and keep it as a searchable local archive.
Message Exporter turns important Mac Messages conversations into clean, local archives you can keep, search, share, or analyze.
Browse conversations, search message text, choose a date range, and export in the format that fits your workflow. Message Exporter also finds and saves the shared media from a conversation — photos, videos, PDFs, documents and other attachments.
Everything happens on your Mac. Message content is never uploaded to a cloud service.
