Trips that track themselves. • Plug in an OBD-II scanner and Louro starts your trip the moment the engine starts and ends it seconds after you switch off. Your car identifies itself by its VIN, so there's no "who drove?" question. • No scanner? Trips still record on their own from your phone's location and motion, ending quietly when you park, the way it should. • Louro tracks drives even when the app is closed, and records them with no signal. They upload when you're back online. • Stop for a minute and start again? That's two trips, each with its own summary. Scan results that tell you what to do next. • One scan page: every engine code explained in plain words, your readings, your car's own checks, a repair plan and next steps, all in one place. • Repair estimates for your car: likely causes compared side by side, parts and labor, how hard it is to do yourself, and the sources the prices came from, with a price check for each part. • A fix-by date and mileage for every repair. Tap to add it to your calendar. • Open recalls that may be behind a code you scanned. • Maintenance names the exact job and what to watch for. Tell Louro when your tires went on and it tracks their wear. • See when your check engine light was last on, and jump to that scan. • Scans save to your car automatically. Don't recognize the car? Add it, keep the scan for later, or share it. • Share a scan as an image for stories and messages (never your VIN). • Send a scan to Opie as a file you can open again anytime. • A photo gallery for your car: add up to five photos, crop them square, swipe through them, and tap to view full size. • Works offline: your garage, dashboard, past scans and saved prices load without a signal, and changes sync when you're back online. • Clearer emissions readiness, plus fixes and polish throughout.

Louro 1.8 rebuilds the first ten minutes and the screen you open every day. GETTING STARTED Your car comes first and the account comes after. Add a car, and Louro gives you a real report — recalls, service intervals, what it can tell from the mileage — before you have signed up for anything. When you do sign up, the emailed code is entered in the app instead of on someone else's page, and the tour shows you the app rather than describing it. If Louro has to guess at your mileage, you can correct it. YOUR DASHBOARD The car gets the page. Underneath it, one line tells you what your car has to say right now: a fault code on record, an open safety recall, a service that is past due, or the next one coming — "Engine oil & filter due in 495 mi". Beside it, a single verdict: GO, YIELD, CHECK or HOLD. Weather sits above it and stays in its lane: driving conditions, government warnings when there are any, and what the sky is about to do. Finish setup now graduates once you have completed it, instead of living on your dashboard forever. CAR HEALTH THAT AGREES WITH ITSELF Your car's health score is one number now, and every screen shows the same one. It counts what you have logged — services, mileage, open safety recalls, live fault codes — so logging a service moves it, and clearing a recall moves it. A service coming due counts against the score by how close it actually is, so a car in good order can reach 100 while an interval is merely approaching. Tap the score to see what is behind it. SCANNING A finished scan reports your car's health, not just the session. It reads stored, pending and permanent fault codes, emissions readiness monitors, VIN, freeze frame and the odometer, then folds what it found into the same score the rest of the app uses. Results are kept automatically — a reading is a record of your car at a moment, and it should not depend on tapping anything. Diesel owners: Louro now reads the DEF/reagent level where the vehicle reports it. YOUR GARAGE Vehicle history can be built from your own documents. Service records, recalls and costs live in the screens they belong to rather than stacked on one page. PEOPLE You can find people from Stats by name or handle. Profiles show a member's stats, followers, following and liked cars, with their privacy settings respected — and a list you are not allowed to see now says it is private rather than pretending to be empty. TRIPS Trips name your car from its VIN, earn precise location from real movement rather than guessing, and the trip notification switch does what it says. SECURITY Your session credentials have moved into the iOS Keychain, out of a file that other software on the device could read. Existing sign-ins migrate automatically. Louro also no longer writes account data to the device console. Plus a long list of fixes: driving stats that show your real totals, profile stats that stop reporting things that are not true, a scan-results card you can actually read, and a dashboard that no longer asks you to finish something you never started.

Drive Finds Every drive earns XP, and every so often turns up a Drive Find — a small, harmless thing you can send to someone who follows you back. Tomato Toss, Shock, Dust Devil. An Overcharge worth more when you give it away than when you keep it. Equip Ricochet or Hijack and they resolve on their own if something is aimed at you — one sends it back, the other keeps it. Nobody ever loses XP. Nothing interrupts a drive. Anything earned or sent your way waits until you've parked, then appears in your trip recap. Road Interactions stay off until you turn them on, and it's only ever mutuals or nobody. Garage+ Driver Boost — a permanent 10% on eligible XP (up to 50 bonus XP a day), plus a one-time welcome bundle: five charges each of all seven items. Paid XP raises your level, never your competitive standing. Fault codes explained — scan a code and see what you'd notice, likely causes with real parts and labour figures for your exact car, how urgent it is, and whether it's a job for you or a shop. Your streak burns — a flame builds toward 3, 7, 14, 30, 50, 100 and 365 days. Vehicle health at a glance — your health score now sits on the vehicle card where the odometer icon used to be. Also fixed: Drive Finds could report an expired session instead of quietly renewing it after the app had been open a long while.
