Create a single workout or a full multi-day training program. Open Today, tap Ask Coach, and generate a plan — or paste exercises into chat to import them instantly. The coach can organize training days, save workouts, and keep everything ready inside the app. During training, track sets, reps, weight, rest time, and progress. Rest timers and Live Activity continue on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. A built-in Interval Timer tab runs HIIT and circuit sessions with Work/Rest/Rounds — phase-end beeps play even while your phone is locked. ActivAI also helps you review workout history, training load, estimated strength progress, streaks, weekly Coach Reports (Pro), and lifestyle activities like surf or padel so your next gym day adapts to what you actually did. Apple Watch support lets you follow the session from your wrist and move through your workout without constantly using the phone.
