・We've added an app preview video to the App Store. The app works the same as before If anything about the results doesn't look right, we'd love to hear your feedback.

Photos taken under warm bulbs or by a window can now get their natural colors back with a single tap on something white. You can also open photos in Churun straight from the Photos app. ・Next to Temperature in the All tab, tap "White", then tap something in the background that should be white or gray, like paper or a towel. The yellow or blue tint from your lights is removed, and nail colors tinted by the light come closer to how they really look ・Afterward, use "Strength" to fine-tune the effect, or "Pick again" to choose a different spot ・The white reference is also saved in presets, so you can reuse it on other photos taken under the same lights ・In the Photos app, open a photo, tap Share, and choose "Churun" to start editing that photo right away, at full quality ・You can now try the yearly plan free for 1 week (for first-time subscribers) If anything about the results doesn't look right, we'd love to hear your feedback.

You can now try Churun on the photos you actually post, without leaving the free plan.　 ・On the free plan, you can save 3 photos a month with the same results as Premium: no Churun logo, and your salon watermark included. After those 3, you can keep saving with the Churun logo ・Each time you save, we'll tell you how many logo-free saves you have left this month. You can also check it on the plans screen ・Fixed an issue where the adjustment count in the preset list appeared in English when the app was used in another language If anything about the results doesn't look right, we'd love to hear your feedback.

Pale nail colors now stand out clearly instead of blending into a white background. ・Added "Exposure" to the Background section of the Retouch tab. Darken just the background to make the nails pop — the nails and hands keep their original colors ・Changing the overall exposure keeps the difference you set for the background If anything about the results doesn't look right, we'd love to hear your feedback.

We rebuilt hand detection from scratch. Sleeves and tabletops no longer get mistaken for a hand, so skin and background edits follow the true shape of the hand. ・Hand detection now runs on Churun's own new AI. It used to pick up sleeves, forearms, and objects you were holding — now it cuts out just the hand ・Background blur and color adjustments stay inside the outline of the hand instead of spilling past it ・Skin retouching no longer spreads onto arms or the table; it reaches only the hand, while nail shine stays protected as always ・Fixed a bug where part of the preview could turn black while using skin smoothing If anything about the results doesn't look right, we'd love to hear your feedback.

Choosing a plan is simpler now, and there's a yearly option for anyone settling in for the long run. ・Added a yearly plan — about 30% less than paying monthly ・Plans now differ only in how long you pay for. Every feature is the same either way, so there's nothing to weigh up ・Reworked the plan screen so the amount you'll actually be charged is clear at a glance If you have thoughts or requests, we'd love to hear your feedback.

Churun now has color filters that change the look of your whole photo, and the editing screen has more room. ・Added color filters: 16 in all, across four categories — Pink, Lavender, Glow, and Bright White (the first filter in each category is free) ・Preview filters on a thumbnail of the photo you're actually editing, and fine-tune the strength with a slider ・Added a soft, muted "bright white" look made for salon photos. It lifts only the shadows, so skin and nails look brighter without blowing out ・You can now set up your salon watermark (your own logo or salon name) and preview it even on the free plan ・Rebuilt skin smoothing so it's less likely to blur into the edges of nails and fingers ・Tidied up the editing screen to give the photo more space. Crop and salon watermark now open from buttons over the photo ・Adjustment sliders now fill from the center, so you can see at a glance which way you're going. Shine and redness can be dialed into the minus side too ・Fixed a bug where a locked ratio like 1:1 would break once you dragged the crop all the way to the edge If you find a filter you love, or have a color you wish we had, we'd love to hear your feedback.

Churun now speaks English, Korean, Spanish and Vietnamese. ・The app follows your iPhone's language setting automatically (Japanese, English, Korean, Spanish, Vietnamese) ・The Nails / Skin / Background / All tabs are now icon-led, so the row stays tidy in every language ・The built-in preset names now change with your display language too Churun is ready for nail techs outside Japan. If any wording reads oddly in your language, please send us your feedback.
