• Transfer notes: PDF dispatch note for print and save, available stock at the source warehouse, edit or delete with automatic stock updates, and a trash button on each line (Mac). • Empty transfer: remove all lines and save to delete the note and return stock to the source warehouse. • e-Invoice import: reuse existing products by name, ignore LOT suffixes, and confirm similar names on the GRN before creating a new item. • Product cleanup: fewer duplicates for common items (potatoes, tomatoes, kapia peppers, and related variants). • Mac: faster PDF print from preview, no stuck loading when editing transfers, and direct print for accounts, stock sheets, inventory, and GRNs.

What’s new in 1.0.061 HR • New HR module for the active company: employees, contracts, monthly payroll, timesheet and PDF listings. • Payroll is built from active contracts. Per person you can enter leave, sick leave, bonuses and deductions. • Timesheet is generated from payroll and the company weekly schedule. • NextUp salary import Excel is built from payroll (gross, employee CAS/CASS, income tax, employer CAM) — no Saga PDF needed. • Choose a simple journal note or amounts collected in account 4311. Preview the note before saving. Utilities • Create a NextUp payroll import from a salary journal-note PDF (including Saga). • Compound notes are split into 1:1 debit/credit pairs, each with that line’s amount. • Same simple / collected-in-4311 option and journal-note preview as in HR. Z reports and Zetta • Scanned Z reports → Zetta import: upload photos or PDFs; each page is one Z; one file with several Zs stays one firm and one Excel. • PDFs follow the Raport_Z_model.pdf layout. Save a combined PDF, one PDF per Z, or Excel — using the firm read from the Z. • Reread unread pages. Preview PDF and Excel before saving. • Set the first accounting note number; Excel numbers Nr. inreg. from there (Utilities and Clients → Zetta). • English BINA Z reports: VAT group sales (BRUT A/B/D) are read correctly again. • Fixed a crash when scrolling the Zetta import screen. Cash register • Opening balance at the start of the period; the previous month’s closing balance is taken automatically when available. • Manual receipts stay in the list and post on the document date. New type: cash deposit to bank. • Filter current week / current month / all, plus document search. • Cash supplier payments appear in the operations list. On Mac, Save and Send from PDF preview no longer open a blank screen. Also • Document dates (invoice, GRN, due date, cash register, inventory) stay the day you enter — they are no longer shifted one day earlier. • Help manual updated for HR, Utilities, Zetta and Cash register.

Invoice lists now load every matching invoice, not just the first few. By default you see invoices created or imported today. Turn on a date range (for example 1–31 August) to filter by invoice date. e-Invoice import and goods receipt (GRN) save are faster. If you deleted the GRN and the invoice stayed in the list, reimport no longer treats it as a duplicate — you can generate the GRN again.

Invoice lists now load every invoice, not just the first few. Filters for today, this month and a date range use the invoice date (not the import date), so a 1–31 August range shows all August invoices. The list header shows the count. Same behaviour for customer invoices. e-Invoice import: if you deleted the goods receipt (GRN) and the invoice stayed in the list, reimport no longer treats it as a duplicate — you can generate the GRN again.

e-Invoice import now reuses existing items when the supplier code or barcode already exists, so invoices no longer fail with a duplicate error. • If an import is interrupted, the incomplete invoice is removed automatically so you can load the same file again.

Goods receipt (GRN) now handles supplier invoices that use a different unit than the one you sell or consume. • Sales stay per piece; consumption stays in kg or litres. Invoice units such as crate, box, sack or bucket are converted on receipt. • Pack sizes in the item name (for example 10KG, 5KG, 5L, 500ML) are detected automatically. You can always correct invoice quantity, GRN quantity and unit. • Changing the GRN quantity recalculates the purchase unit price so the invoice line value stays the same. • A conversion line is pre-filled on every item. A red warning appears only when the quantity was inferred from the name and should be checked. • Conversion applies only to Merchandise and Raw material. Packaging, consumables and other categories are treated as expenses and are not converted. • Editing a saved GRN restores the sale prices and markup you entered. • Invoice and GRN lines are more compact, so more items fit on screen.
