Performance and stability improvements.

Custom games can now set a Circle value, so each circle can be worth more than one point toward the final score. Scoreboard now shows each losing player's circle points on the final round. Plus stability improvements.

More stable multiplayer: you can now leave the app — to send a text, take a call, or share the room code — and come back to your game without it glitching. Plus a few under-the-hood fixes.
