FASTER TO OPEN Your app draws first and fills in as data arrives — no splash, no spinners. Cold launch is about half the time it was, the stutter after the icon tap is gone, and tabs you haven't opened stay idle. PHOTO AND VIDEO, EVERYWHERE Your caption appears once, as you wrote it. Video shows a real frame, then plays: tap the speaker for sound, the corner to pause, the tile for fullscreen. Tiles are taller for portrait media. Post detail, league feeds, event feeds, Home, moderation and venue pages all play media, and a reshare shows the original whole. Uploads are smaller and faster; a cancelled post leaves nothing behind. THE RUN BOARD Every court works the same way. Make a game by picking both sides — including people who aren't on KLVR — or fill your side and leave the other open. Report the score and the court clears, or the winners stay. The line is back, speaking your sport: Paddle up. I got next. Quarters up. On the board. ONE PERSON CAN KEEP SCORE One person can enter the whole game, guests included, without playing in it, and anyone who played can close it out. Guests are real players with a record and a place in the recap, kept if they join later. Scores are checked against your format: first to 11, win by 2 accepts 12-10 and refuses 11-10. GOLF, SCORED THE WAY GOLF IS SCORED Stableford, stroke play and match play show their own result first — points, strokes or holes — with gross beneath. Ties go to the countback and say so. Net comes from one set of terms everywhere. One player marks the round, returns the card, everyone attests; a card can be reopened and amended with new signatures. Rows never re-sort by score. Combo tees show your box per hole; every player can be on a different tee. Live scoring handles any number of players. Run recaps that tell the story When a run closes, everyone who played gets a recap in plain words: what kind of night it was, how it went for you, who you ran with and who you faced, what you gave up, and the games that came down to the wire. Each sport speaks its own language — goals, games, sets, racks. Your best nights are called out when you beat your own history. The host's recap also posts to the league feed. Every sport wears its color Golf, pickleball, tennis, basketball, soccer, billiards, and CrossFit each carry their own color from setup through the court board to the recap. Gold is for the app; the sport's color is for the sport. Formats that end the game right Soccer runs level at full time go to penalties. Tennis sets end on a tiebreak. Races and win-by-two rules stop the game at the whistle — no more scoring past the end. Scores, notifications, and results now use each sport's real vocabulary — golf reads "round," basketball "game," billiards "race," CrossFit "WOD." No more generic "match" everywhere. Your player card, feed posts, and push notifications all read the way the sport actually sounds. A redesigned notification inbox. Notifications are now a clean, scannable list — color-coded by type, with swipe to mark read or clear, and repeats grouped together so you're not scrolling past ten of the same alert. Messaging, with read receipts. Conversations are easier to scan and the composer is a slim bar that grows as you type. Commissioners can manage unplayed fixtures. When two players don't get their match scheduled in time, the commissioner is notified — in the sport's own language — and can give more time or record a forfeit, right from a notification. A findable Season Schedule. The season schedule builder and the Encounter Matrix are reachable again from the Locker Room, and commissioners can retire and rebuild a schedule mid-season. A cleaner Settings. A refreshed, Apple-style Settings with light, dark, and system appearance, a clear danger zone, and your sports and league requests organized where they belong. RUN IT BACK The gold button on any finished session re-creates the whole thing in one tap — same sport, same format, same spot — and re-invites everyone who played. Roll up solo and the board says NEEDS 1 MORE so somebody can run with you. Win three straight and the whole session knows: the fire goes up, your streak announces itself, and the clock shows how long you've owned the court. WINS THAT ARE EARNED Only players on the court can report a match — and the other side confirms it with one tap. Scores enter the same way your sport already plays: pickleball runs its game-by-game ladder, best-of resolves itself, and an 11–10 never sneaks through. Every result shows how it happened — a sweep or a comeback, game by game. TONIGHT'S NUMBERS The court shows what you've built: each team's wins for the night, and a Tonight leaderboard that follows the player — run with two different squads and every win still counts to your name. Commissioners can check players in courtside, and only players who showed can be credited on the box score. Basketball box scores.
