Show her a photo of your plate or a nutrition label. Scan a barcode. However it comes out of your day, it goes in your diary.
Tova remembers you. Your recipes, your allergies, the yogurt you actually buy, the label you showed her yesterday. Tell her once and she carries it forward, so her coaching compounds instead of starting over every morning.
She acts on your log, with your say so. Move an item to lunch, fix a serving, log the dinner you forgot yesterday. Ask "am I over on sodium?" and she reads the answer from your real totals, computed by the app, never guessed.
