Threaded conversations, media attachments, smart filters (assigned to me, unresolved, by chat), notes for internal handoff. • Track and resolve operational tickets. Capture issues raised in any chat, assign to teammates, set priority (SOS / High / Medium / Low), attach photos, mark resolved. • Notifications when a guest pings you, when a teammate assigns you a ticket, or when a call rings — even with the app closed. • Built for the back-of-house reality: works on older Apple devices and survives bad Wi-Fi, syncs cleanly when you come back online.
