Your whole cycle at a glance A new cycle ring on the home screen shows where you are right now: your current cycle day, your fertile window, and when your next period is expected. If your period is running behind, it tells you by how many days and puts that next to your own typical range, so a longer cycle reads as your normal rather than a red flag. Tap it for full details, including your average cycle length and how regular your cycles have been. A new welcome First-time users now open the app to a redesigned introduction that plays on its own.
