Track your GLP-1 routine with myMON: prescribed doses, injection sites, weight, body measurements and calories. Keep your history together to review and discuss with your healthcare professional.
The app’s medication catalog includes Ozempic (semaglutide) and Mounjaro (tirzepatide). These names identify the medication you record; the app does not recommend medication use or dosing.
Doses and injection sites
Log your prescribed dose, date and injection site. Check your history to see where you last injected and review previous entries without searching through scattered notes. The app records the information you enter; it does not recommend doses or treatment changes.
Weight and body measurements
Record weight, BMI, abdomen, arm and leg measurements. Follow your charts over time and review entries from each period. Use the measurements you enter as the reference for your history.
Meals, calories and nutrients
Keep a food diary and log meals, calories and macronutrients. Review protein, carbohydrates and fat from your entries to organize your routine. When you use AI features, the values shown are estimates that you should check.
Water, symptoms and activity
Record water intake, physical activity and how you feel. Add symptom intensity and notes to bring an organized history to your next appointment. Mumi adds a friendly visual touch to your daily tracking.
Your history, with or without a partner clinic
Use myMON with individual access. If you have an active connection to a partner clinic, care-team features depend on that clinic and the applicable permissions. A clinic connection is not required to create an individual account.
Privacy and control
Choose the permissions for the available features. Read the Privacy Policy to learn how your data is used and how to request access or deletion.
Access and subscriptions
Access to features may require an individual subscription or a connection to a partner clinic. Plan and payment details are shown before you confirm a subscription.
App Store subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings; to avoid the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Deleting the app or your myMON account does not cancel a store subscription.
