On the Closure & Area screen, switch the traverse type to Link and choose a separate known closing point — pick one of the job's stored points or type its published northing/easting. • Misclosure, precision ratio, and Compass/Transit balancing are measured against that closing point, so you can tie into a second control point instead of looping back.
