New — money you hand out and expect back now has its own book. A salary advance to an employee, cash lent to someone who is not a customer, an advance to a distributor before delivery: record it, see who is holding your money and for how long, and close it four ways. Only a cash repayment moves your drawer, so a payroll deduction settles the debt without inventing money that never arrived. Your profit does not move when the cash goes out, or when it comes back. Keyed something wrong? Edit it, void a repayment, or reverse the whole advance. Also in this release: • You can sell at your own list price even when it is below the product's recorded MRP — the counter was being told to overcharge. • The "?" opens help about the screen you are on, in Bangla and English. Many screens are documented for the first time. • Ask for a one-time credit PIN at the counter instead of permanently raising a customer's limit — and the manager approves on their own device, so the till never holds their credential. • A refund can keep a damage charge: gross, fee and net are recorded and printed. • A refund can no longer take cash from a drawer that never took it, and a line discount no longer turns into khata debt. • A khata correction is recorded as what it is, instead of showing up as a bank receipt that never happened. • The owner can see what should be in the drawer before a shift closes. The cashier still cannot. • Today's refunds and voids are on the dashboard, and every money figure now says it is net of refunds. • A customer's profile lists their sales — number, date, items, state and total. • The app now tells you when a new version is approved on the store.
