Q: Who are we?
Tony & Christina - a married couple with 75+ cruises between us. We share ship tours, port reviews, and honest advice on YouTube, and Christina is a certified cruise travel advisor.
Q: Why did we build this app?
We used each cruise line's own app, but none looked at our cruising holistically - across ships, cabins, and lines, sailing after sailing. We tried every cruise app in the store and none did everything we wanted, so we built our own. Other cruisers told us they needed it too.
Q: Why offer paid tiers instead of just free?
Lido Hoppers started as - and still is - a free app. But running the database and AI features (Ask the Hoppers, Trivia, custom Scavenger Hunts) costs real money. Two optional subscriptions help cover that and add extras for cruisers who want them. Everyone else keeps full access for free, with no ads!
Payment charged to your Apple ID at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in Apple ID settings.
