Make a note where you're standing and it quietly remembers the context: the coordinates, elevation, the place name, and the weather at that moment. Add a photo (it already knows where it was taken), record your voice, or write it down. A place that's written, spoken, and seen — all on one note and only on your device, instead of some data center owned by a billionaire.
WHEN A SINGLE POINT ISN'T ENOUGH
• Record a route — run, walk, hike, bike, drive, or paddle, and your path draws itself as you move.
• Map an area — a scout, a hunt, a survey, or a round of golf: walk the bounds and GeoJSONic traces the outline, measures the acreage, and lets you drop photos, audio, notes, and lines as you go, each pinned to exactly where you stood. Turn it into a clean PDF field report for a client or your records.

• Everything is plain GeoJSON — the open format the whole mapping world uses. Open your journal in any GIS tool, or geojson.io.
