Solto won't let you overfill the day. • Focus: one task, one timer, a dim quiet screen. Optional rain or white noise plays offline — and keeps playing when you lock your phone. • The pause: when the timer ends, ten quiet seconds let your mind keep what you just made. • Evening: a calm look back. What got done, what rolls to tomorrow. No streaks, no guilt. A hard day is just a hard day. BUILT CALM • Breathe before focus: an optional 30-second settle-in (4-4-4-4 box breathing). • A 5-minute break ritual that asks you to stand up and look far away. • A few kind reminders — three or four a day, never more, all optional.
