"Sit": the urge practices, straight from Siri, Shortcuts, the Action button, Control Center, or a new lock-screen widget. It opens on the practices, not the check-in, and names nothing on your lock screen. A new evening sitting: four minutes, eyes closed, before the night. It's on Today after six, with an optional evening reminder in Profile. The urge log now shows when urges tend to come and which practice holds them best, once there's enough of it to say. After a slip, you can ask the guru about it directly from Today.

Recorded a slip by mistake? Before a slip ends your run, you now see which run it ends, and editing the day back returns the count. Back after a few days away? Record each missed day in turn, or leave it unrecorded. The urge practices are one tap from Today. The guru now remembers your conversation while the app is open, and a reply that didn't arrive can be asked again with one tap. Milestones show what this run has reached and what earlier runs reached, and the long stages past day 90 have words of their own. New: discreet reminders, which show only the day. You're asked before your anchor goes on a share card. Headings render at their full size, small text is easier to read, nightfall is counted in History, and the Breath practice now hums, as Bhrāmarī should. Reminders you switch off stay off, and widgets keep the day's teaching private on a locked screen. Plus VoiceOver, Reduce Motion and small-screen improvements, and reliability fixes.

The energy body has been redrawn: sculpted gold, seated, with the seven stage seals along the spine. History now opens a full month calendar; tap any past day to record a check-in you missed.
