Hue Check now speaks your language - and it introduces itself the first time you open it. - The app itself is translated, not just its App Store page: Spanish, Latin American Spanish, French, German, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Simplified Chinese and Vietnamese, alongside US, British and Australian English. Every screen, button and setting. - New here? A short five-screen walkthrough runs the first time you open the app, so you know what Hue Check does before you point it at anything. It ends by asking for the camera, with a clear way to work from photos instead if you would rather not grant it. - Seen it already? You will not see it again, and you can replay it any time from Settings. The 2,300+ color names themselves are still English.

Import a photo and Hue Check now pulls out its whole palette for you - dominant, supporting and accent colors - free for everyone. - Automatic palette from any photo. Tap a color to see exactly where in the photo it came from, then save the ones you want in one go. - Export a single project on its own, instead of your whole library. (Pro) - Set a project as your save target from the project itself, so new colors land where you are already working. - Each project now shows its palette as a scrollable strip, so three or four projects fit on screen instead of one. - Tap the large swatch to copy its hex, or press and hold any color for a full-size look. - Color names and hex codes are now readable on every swatch, light or dark. Pale colors used to print white on white. - Cleaner dark mode and better contrast throughout.

Sample any photo, not just the live camera. - Import Photo: pick any picture from your library and tap a pixel to get its exact color, same hex, RGB, HSB, and named-color detail as the live camera, plus one tap to save it to your palette. - New "Choose Photo Instead" button on the camera permission and camera-denied screens, so you can start sampling colors even if you never grant camera access. - Camera preview now pauses and resumes properly when you background the app or switch tabs, for smoother live sampling and less battery drain.

This version has some minor improvements: - The default crosshair position now sits higher in the camera view, centered in the usable space above the detail panel. - Settings now includes Contact Us option so you can reach out to us for any feedback or feature requests.
