BrightlyAI is the AI appointment setter built for home services. When a new lead comes in, BrightlyAI texts them back in seconds, answers their questions, qualifies the job, and books the appointment on your calendar — automatically, day or night.
78% of jobs go to the company that responds first. BrightlyAI makes sure that's always you. While you're on the roof, under the sink, or driving to the next job, your leads are being worked.
WHAT BRIGHTLYAI DOES
• Instant lead response — every new lead gets a personal text in under 90 seconds
• AI conversations over SMS — qualifies the lead and answers common questions in your voice
• Automatic booking — proposes real openings and puts the appointment on the calendar
• Push notifications — get pinged the moment a lead replies or a job books
• Live pipeline — see every lead, conversation, and booked job in one place
• Built for the field — fast, mobile-first, made for owners and reps on the move
BUILT FOR
Roofing, HVAC, plumbing, solar, pest control, electrical, and every home-services trade that lives and dies by speed-to-lead.
WHY OWNERS SWITCH
A human appointment setter costs thousands a month and clocks out at 5pm. BrightlyAI works every lead, every hour, for a fraction of the cost — and never forgets to follow up.
