HOW THE PHYSICS WORK
BaySpeed runs a Newtonian trajectory simulation with quadratic drag, Magnus lift, and spin decay, then binary-searches for the ball speed that produces the measured Topgolf yardage given your bay floor height. The drag coefficient is speed-dependent and calibrated against Toptracer ground truth. Speeds are estimates (±10-15%) — not the same as a launch monitor, but a lot more interesting than just yardage.
PRIVACY
Your credentials go directly to Topgolf's servers — BaySpeed never sees your password. Game data is cached locally on your device. No ads, no third-party tracking, no analytics SDKs.
