Notitask: Tasks & Reminders

Smart Reminders & AI Notes

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

AI-powered reminders, voice input in 21 languages, Apple Calendar sync and iCloud backup. No account needed. Notitask is a calm task and note app for people who want to capture quickly, get reminded reliably, and review their day without friction. KEY FEATURES • Tasks and notes in one place — give an item a date to make it a reminder, leave it without one to keep it as a note. • Voice capture in 21 languages — dictate the whole phrase ("Call Anna tomorrow at 5pm, repeat every Friday") and Notitask picks out the title, date, time and repeat on your device. • Three reminder styles — silent notification, time-sensitive alarm with custom sound, or a spoken voice announcement. • Repeats — minute, day, weekday or custom intervals, and reminders keep working after a restart. • Subtasks, tags, effort, important flag, color tiles — every task can be as light or as rich as you need. • Apple Calendar sync — scheduled tasks go to a Notitask calendar in iCloud, and events from your other calendars, including Google, Outlook, Exchange or Yahoo accounts added to your iPhone, appear next to them. • iCloud Drive backup — restore your whole library on any device with the same Apple ID. • Home- and lock-screen widgets — see today at a glance. • AI Enhance with Google Gemini — polish a title and description in one tap; off until you allow it. • Statistics + Today's review — daily streak, weekly bars, what's left, what's next. PREMIUM (optional) • No ads • More AI — 500 Google Gemini requests a month instead of 25, plus Smart Reschedule • Templates • Reminder history • TTS voice picker • Premium alarm and notification sounds • CSV and iCal export We don't read your tasks: they stay on your device unless you turn on iCloud backup or calendar sync. AI features stay off until you allow them; after that, the text you work on, and dictation the app can't read on its own, goes to Google Gemini through our server. The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, and you choose whether they may be personalized. Three Premium options: monthly, annual, and a one-time lifetime unlock.
