Mealio is your AI-powered kitchen companion. Whether you have a dish in mind or a fridge full of ingredients, Mealio helps you discover recipes, cook with confidence, and plan meals for the week. GENERATE RECIPES YOUR WAY Search by dish name or snap a photo of your ingredients. Mealio identifies what you have, suggests dishes you can make, and generates detailed recipes with prep, cooking, and finishing steps. Add dietary preferences, cuisine style, serving size, and custom notes before you generate. COOK WITH A KITCHEN ASSISTANT Follow clear, step-by-step instructions in cooking mode. While you cook, open the built-in Copilot to ask questions by text or photo. Wondering if your steak is done or when to add water? Send a photo and get guidance tied to your current recipe and step. BUILD YOUR RECIPE LIBRARY Every recipe you generate is saved automatically to your personal library on your device. Reopen favorites anytime, even without an internet connection. Start cooking directly from your library or add recipes to your meal plan. PLAN YOUR WEEK Use the weekly meal calendar to schedule breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Add recipes from your library, copy meals from previous weeks, and track what you plan to eat. Nutrition estimates help you see a high-level view of your week. These figures are estimates only and are not medical advice. PERSONALIZE TO YOUR KITCHEN Set default serving sizes, dietary restrictions, allergies, and available cookware. Mealio uses your preferences when generating recipes so suggestions fit how you actually cook. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Recipes, meal plans, and settings are stored locally on your device. Mealio does not require an account. You can clear all local data at any time from Settings. When you use AI features, your text and selected photos are sent to Google Gemini for processing, as described in our Privacy Policy. IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE Mealio provides AI-assisted cooking suggestions only. Visual doneness checks, nutrition estimates, and recipe guidance are for reference and do not replace a food thermometer, professional judgment, or advice from a doctor or registered dietitian. You must agree to this notice before using AI features. LANGUAGES Mealio supports English, Simplified Chinese, and Spanish. Change the app language in Settings. REQUIREMENTS An internet connection is required for AI recipe generation, ingredient recognition, and Copilot. Saved recipes and meal plans can be viewed offline.
