WRITE THE NOTE WHERE THE WORK HAPPENS
Drafts live on this iPhone. The editor saves as you type, retries a save that fails, and keeps your words on screen so a dropped connection or an interruption does not cost you the note. Drafting, review, signing, amendment and history all work with no connection and no usage cap.
SPEAK IT INSTEAD OF TYPING IT
Hold to talk and NDIScribe transcribes on this iPhone in Australian English. If this iPhone cannot transcribe on the device, dictation turns itself off rather than sending your voice to a server. No audio is recorded, saved or uploaded.
READ IT BACK BEFORE YOU SIGN
NDIScribe shows the exact final wording and asks you to confirm it yourself. Nothing signs itself, and nothing is marked correct, approved or compliant.
THE FIRST SIGNED VERSION STAYS THE FIRST SIGNED VERSION
Signing creates an append-only snapshot. A correction becomes a separate amendment with its own stated reason, sitting beside the original instead of replacing it. History shows the whole chain in order.
TAKE A COPY OFF THE IPHONE, FREE
Every signed record offers Share as text and Export as PDF. There is no entitlement check and no upgrade prompt. The file is made on this iPhone and goes only where you send it.
SYNC WHEN YOU CHOOSE
Signed records reach your organisation's workspace only when you tap Sync now with the app open. There is no background upload. Unsigned drafts never leave this iPhone.
A WORKSPACE YOUR EMPLOYER MANAGES
Owners and managers sign in to a private browser workspace and see synced signed records with full version history, the person who signed, the time it was signed on the device and the time the workspace received it. Workers cannot open that workspace or read another worker's records.
OPTIONAL AI WRITING HELP, WITH THE BOUNDARY STATED
Once signed in, you may choose Review with AI on a new draft. NDIScribe explains what happens and asks for your consent before the first send. The draft text and the selected support type go to an external writing assistant, an external provider that may process the text outside Australia. It returns an editable suggestion, a five point documentation checklist and wording flags. You can change every word. Manual review is always available, offline, with no AI involved.
WHAT NDISCRIBE DOES NOT DO
It does not score, grade, rate or approve a note. It does not decide whether anything is compliant. It does not check or submit claims. It has no incident register. It does not send records to the NDIS Commission, PRODA or any other system. It is not legal, clinical or regulatory advice, and your organisation remains responsible for every record.
NDIScribe is independently developed. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by or certified by the National Disability Insurance Agency or the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Signing in uses a six digit code emailed to the work email your organisation authorised. There are no passwords, no in-app purchases and no subscriptions in this app.
