Before Google asks for permission, we now tell you exactly what happens with your email: we only read it, your digest only covers the senders you pick, and nothing is ever sold. One card when both kids have it Same event, same time, two kids? It now shows as one card with both names instead of two copies. Edit or delete it once and it applies to both. Talk to your calendar, now with school events too Voice can now change events that came from your emails. Just say "move soccer to 5:30" and it's done. See who changed what If someone in your household moves an event, the card now says so, like "Time updated by Sam, was 4:30 PM." No more guessing which time is right. Repeating events keep their stuff Changing the days or times on a repeating event now keeps your notes, reactions, and reminders right where you left them. Smarter "morning of" reminders Early drop-off at 7:45? Your "morning of" reminder now comes an hour before, not at 9:00 after you're already out the door. The reminder menu shows exactly when it'll ping you. Notes and reactions Leave an emoji or a note for your household on any card or event. Cancelled means crossed off When a school or coach cancels something, Cleanmail marks it cancelled in the app and on your calendar. Edit any event Fix a time, place, or title on any event, even ones from school emails. Plus lots of polish and fixes.

What's new in Cleanmail Cancelled events, handled When a school or coach calls something off, it stays on your calendar crossed out in red instead of quietly disappearing, so you know it was cancelled, not missed. See who cancelled it, open the cancellation email, or tap "It's still on" to bring it back. Days where everything is off get a red dot, your Google Calendar shows it too, and reminders tell you it's cancelled. Say "cancel" or say "delete" Tell the mic "cancel Thursday's practice" and it's marked cancelled. Say "delete" and it goes to Trash. Either way, you land right back where you started. One sender, two kids When the same club or school emails about more than one of your kids, add a few keywords (a team name, a grade) and each email goes to the right child. Your calendar, connected If Cleanmail ever loses access to your Google Calendar, you'll see a note on Home with a one-tap fix. Easier setup Clearer help when searching for senders, a heads-up when a search comes up empty, and a way to skip the tutorial without losing your work. Fixes Cards you delete stay deleted, even after closing the app.

Search your calendar. Tap the month grid and find any event by name, no more scrolling back through weeks to find that one soccer game. Your Deleted Items got a makeover. It looks like your digest now, and you can swipe left on anything to bring it back. Delete a whole info card in one swipe instead of one line at a time. Trash now clears after 3 days instead of 7, so Deleted Items stays manageable. A tip at sign-in about which email address works best, so you start with the inbox your school actually writes to. Also fixed: a hiccup where setting up your family the first time could leave things half done.

Fixed a problem that stopped some new users from adding a photo during setup. Setup is also easier to back out of if you sign in with the wrong account.
