BARCODE SCANNING
Built-in scanner reads QR, EAN-8/13, UPC-A/E, Code 128, Code 39, and Code 93. Add, find, or count items in seconds.
AI VISION (Pro and up)
- Identify Product: snap a photo and AI tells you what it is
- Count Shelf: photograph a shelf and AI counts items for you
- Scan Receipt: photograph a receipt and AI extracts items and prices
- Damage Check: photograph damaged stock for AI condition assessment
- Document Import: photograph a vendor price list or invoice and AI imports items into your inventory
IQ ASSISTANT
Ask questions about your inventory and get answers from your own data — "what's low?", "which items haven't moved in 30 days?", "what did we spend with this supplier last month?"
PURCHASE ORDERS
Create POs to reorder low-stock items. Mark items received as they arrive — on-hand counts update automatically.
WORK ORDERS + MRP (Enterprise)
Plan jobs, assign materials, and watch committed demand against on-hand inventory. The MRP dashboard shows which parts will be short before work starts. Cutlist import from CSV or Excel. Status tracking with customer and due date.
SUPPLIERS + CUSTOMERS
Vendor and customer records with contact info. Per-supplier purchase ordering. Sales orders track stock movement.
REPORTS
