Photo storage has been improved Previously, photos you registered could disappear after an app update. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This update fundamentally improves how photos are stored, so they now remain safe through updates. Photos lost previously may not be recoverable. If you re-register your character and project photos, they will be kept safe from now on.
