Women's health Track your cycle in Kuno. The new cards on the Vitals tab and My overview open the cycle calendar with daily logs for mood, symptoms and more. During onboarding we now ask whether this is relevant for you, and you can always enable it later in your account settings. Faster reconnecting Ring not connected? Tap the bluetooth icon at the top of the app to reconnect instantly. No need to restart the app anymore. Ring maintenance In Device settings you can now restart your ring or reset it to factory settings, useful for connection issues or when passing your ring on. Plus small improvements and bug fixes. Version 1.1.6 Better ring detection Some Kuno Ring 2 units advertise under a slightly different name. The app now recognises all name variants, so your ring always shows up in the pairing list. Apple Health and Health Connect sync Your sleep, heart rate and other health data are now automatically shared with Apple Health (iOS) and Health Connect (Android), keeping all your data in one place for other apps you use. Other Android 8.0 or higher is now required. Minor improvements and stability fixes under the hood.

Mijn overzicht Een nieuw tabblad waar je dagboek, je trends en je profiel samenkomen. Sleep de blokken in de volgorde die jij handig vindt. Dagboek Stel je eigen dag samen uit een catalogus van 62 doelen. Per dag zie je meteen wat je hebt afgevinkt. Trends Volg elke meetwaarde 30 dagen terug, inclusief je slaapscore, in grafieken waar je doorheen kunt scrubben. 50 nieuwe sporten Van padel en boulderen tot suppen en langlaufen. Elke sport telt nu op zijn eigen manier: stappen alleen waar ze kloppen, gps bij buitensporten, en de invoervelden die bij de sport horen, zoals afstand, banen, rondes of series. Trainingen bewerken Een handmatig gelogde training kun je achteraf corrigeren. Opgelost De totale slaaptijd liet je tijd in bed zien, inclusief wakker liggen. Je ziet nu je werkelijke slaap (diep, licht en REM) apart van je tijd in bed. De app kon dagelijks melden dat je ring leeg was terwijl dat niet zo was. Bij Inspanning op Vandaag telden stappen, calorieen en afstand een stuk van gisteravond mee. Die tonen nu de dag zelf. De score blijft over de laatste 24 uur rekenen, zodat hij om middernacht niet terugvalt naar nul. HRV werd even vaak gemeten als je hartslag. HRV heeft nu een eigen instelling met 30 minuten als standaard, wat merkbaar batterij scheelt. Je slaapdoel volgt nu je leeftijd.
