Video Control Panel is a native iPhone and iPad app that puts the essential controls of a Blackmagic ATEM Television Studio switcher in your hand — no desktop software, no proxy, no cloud service required. COMPATIBILITY Designed specifically for the original Blackmagic ATEM Television Studio running firmware 6.6.1 or 7.5.2. Other ATEM models and firmware versions are not supported. The app communicates directly with your ATEM over your local network using the native ATEM protocol. Everything happens on-device and on your local network. CONTROLS - Program and preview source selection - CUT and AUTO transition execution - MIX, DIP, and WIPE transition style selection - Transition lever with live position feedback - Fade to black CONNECTION - Direct UDP connection to your switcher — enter its IP address and go - Real-time state synchronization with the switcher - Automatic reconnect after connection failures - Live connection status indicator DEMO MODE Try every control without hardware. Open Settings and select Demo Switcher to explore the full panel locally. DIAGNOSTICS (OPT-IN) Tap-to-start diagnostic capture records ATEM protocol data for troubleshooting. Captures stay on your device and can be shared as a readable JSON file when you choose. Diagnostic capture is fully opt-in and captures no personal data.
