A 25-Question Deep Dive — Take Nabu's longer quiz whenever you're ready — pause and resume anytime — for a fuller picture of how you approach your relationship.
AI Reflections (optional) — With your explicit, separate consent, Nabu can generate personalized insights from your answers and offer a chat companion to talk things through. You're always in control — turn AI reflections on or off anytime in Settings, and nothing is sent until you say yes.
Your Progress — Build a streak, revisit past answers, and watch your self-understanding grow over time.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Nabu doesn't record audio, track your location, or read your contacts, photos, or calendar. Your answers are yours, and you can request their erasure at any time. AI processing of your content requires a separate, explicit, and fully withdrawable consent, kept apart from the basic terms you agree to when you sign up.
