Asset Vault is the personal inventory app for everyone who has ever lost the receipt, forgotten the warranty date, or stared at a broken appliance wondering when they bought it.
Catalog every meaningful thing you own — appliances, electronics, tools, furniture, jewelry — by snapping a photo, scanning a receipt, or walking a room with your camera. Asset Vault remembers the rest: purchase date, value, warranty expiration, serial number, location.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
— Identify items with AI. Photograph an item and Asset Vault suggests its name, brand, category, and an estimated value for you to confirm and edit.
— Scan a receipt to add multiple items in one tap — line items, prices, and dates extracted automatically.
— Scan a room. On iPhone models with LiDAR, walk through a room and Asset Vault detects furniture and appliances to add in bulk.
— Track warranty expiration with on-device reminders 30 days and 1 day before any warranty ends, so you can file claims while you still can.
— Schedule recurring maintenance — water filters, vehicle service, sealant checks — and get notified when each is due, with a "Watch how-to" YouTube link.
— Organize across multiple properties: main house, vacation cabin, vehicle. Track each property's value separately from its contents.
— Generate insurance-ready PDF inventory reports in one tap, with photos, totals, and per-property breakdowns.
