If the owner of a product doesn’t even want to use or consume it, you can already tell that it’s not a good product. So as the cofounder of Foodily, I scanned my fridge and cooked something myself despite having no experience in cooking whatsoever. I was initially unsure if auto generated recipes would work out or not, but the instructions were really easy to follow and the end dish tasted great! Even my father decided to pack the leftovers for lunch when he went to work. You can see my dish and recipe once we get the community view page shipped really soon! Unfortunately, my mother told me that I have to make dinner regularly from now on after she tasted the dish…
What is new in 1.6:
Rate the recipes you cook. Every recipe now has a Rate button. Tap it to leave 1 to 5 stars and a short note. Helps us keep improving the recipes we generate.
Redeem promo codes. New Redeem a code option in the paywall. If you have a Foodily Plus code, enter it there for free access. No card required. Codes come in 1, 5, and 10 year tiers.
Small polish. The Plans screen shows a cleaner state for promo members (expiry date instead of billing controls, since there is no subscription to manage).
