Fixes • Work or school Microsoft accounts: the approval link you send your IT admin now covers every permission the app's sign-in asks for. • Large counts after a clean now read with a comma, like 2,382.

Adinand Email Cleaner now works with Outlook.com, Hotmail and work or school Microsoft accounts, as well as Gmail. Tap "Sign in with Microsoft" to connect one. Some organisations need an IT admin to approve it first. • Undo: for 30 seconds after you move emails to Trash or Archive, tap Undo to move them back. • Biggest emails (Gmail): see which emails use the most storage, largest first. • While you were away (Gmail): a card shows about how many emails from senders with cleanup rules went to Trash since your last visit. • On the free plan, you can get one quiet reminder when your monthly free emails are ready again. Turn it off in Settings.

No changes to the app in this update. We added a preview video to the App Store page.

Settings → Website now opens a page made for people who already have the app. From there you can get help on WhatsApp or by email, read how your data is handled, watch a short demo, leave a review or share the app, and find the free Gmail add-on for your computer.

The More apps list in Settings now shows our YouTube subscriptions app by its new name, Adinand Channel Sorter (formerly SubSense).

A new first screen shows, with sample emails, how choosing and moving emails to Trash works — before you sign in. When you move a sender's emails, the Trash, Archive and Label choices are now easier to read. The app now always uses its dark look, and the Theme setting has been removed. The note about Google storage on the dashboard now stays hidden once you tap Got it.

In Clean Inbox, the Date sort now lists senders by their newest email. Before you unsubscribe, the prompt now says whether the app sends the opt-out request or opens the sender's opt-out page for you to finish. The Unsubscribe button has a larger tap area.

When you clean a sender, choose Trash, Archive or Label. Keep a sender's newest emails while you clean the rest. Block a sender from Clean Inbox: press and hold it, then tap Block sender. Auto-Trash Rules are now Cleanup Rules: they can trash, archive or label a sender's future emails, and you can add one with New rule. Settings rows now respond to a tap anywhere on the row.

Bug fixes and improvements.

Clean Inbox now shows email counts per sender from the start, and keeps counting the rest in the background. Search senders from the field at the top of the list. Help & Support has a Chat on WhatsApp row.

Settings now has a link to our website and lists our other apps. After your first clean-up, a short card asks how the app could work better for you. It opens a mail to the developer in your own mail app; nothing is sent on its own. Links in Settings now respond to a tap anywhere on the row.

Clean Inbox now lists every sender we find, and sender counts are accurate. The Unsubscribe button only appears on senders whose emails include an unsubscribe link. The Google sign-in prompt now shows the app's name, Adinand Email Cleaner.

The clean-up results screen now puts your senders first. "Move Future Emails" — the button that stops a sender from ever reaching your inbox again — is now reachable without scrolling, instead of sitting below a paragraph about storage. The storage tip is still there, at the bottom. Our website and support pages have moved to adinandemail.com.

A new name Zen Inbox Cleaner is now Adinand Email Cleaner. Same app, same Apple ID, same purchases — the name on your home screen changes, nothing about your account does. Our website and support address are now at adinandemail.com. Rate this app Settings now has a "Rate this app" row. Storage honesty The dashboard now shows how much space the emails we've measured add up to, with a link to your Google storage. After a clean-up, a note explains that trashed emails count toward storage until Gmail empties Trash, and how to empty it sooner.

The free plan now keeps going. Before, the free plan stopped for good once you had cleaned 2,500 emails. Now, after those first 2,500, Zen adds 250 more every month — so you can keep clearing your inbox at a slower pace without paying anything. Unused monthly emails don't carry over. Your auto-trash rules were never affected by that limit and still aren't. They're Gmail filters, so they keep working either way. Zen Pro prices have changed for new purchases. If you already have a subscription, your price stays exactly as it is. How Zen finds and groups your senders is unchanged.

More Apps Settings now has a "More Apps" section listing the other apps we make — SubSense, for seeing what your subscriptions really cost you, and DocFind, for searching inside your PDFs instead of just their names. Tap either one to see it on the App Store. That's the only change in this version. Nothing about how Zen Inbox Cleaner finds and clears your inbox has changed.

Choose how you go Pro: Zen Pro is now available as a monthly plan, an annual plan, or the original one-time lifetime purchase. All three unlock unlimited cleanup and unlimited auto-trash rules.
