Yohaku: Stop Doomscrolling Now
App Blocker & Usage Limits
Only for iPhone
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
Take back the time that disappears into your phone.
Yohaku lets you put distracting apps into a jar and decide when they are available again. Set the rule once, and Yohaku helps it hold when willpower is low.
BUILD LIMITS THAT FIT YOUR DAY
• Schedule — block apps during work, study, bedtime, or any hours you choose
• Open count — limit how many times an app can be opened each day
• Usage time — allow a daily amount, then put the app away
• Location — block at the office, school, or another place you choose
• Pomodoro — protect a clean, uninterrupted focus session
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Yohaku uses Apple's Screen Time technology. Your activity stays on your device. No account is required, and your usage data is not uploaded. A passcode and Face ID can protect your rules from impulsive changes.
See your screen-time progress, focus streaks, and the time you win back. The 21-day challenge helps turn a calmer phone routine into a lasting habit.
YOHAKU PRO, SUBSCRIPTIONS & PURCHASES
Yohaku Pro Monthly and Yohaku Pro Yearly are auto-renewable subscriptions. The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial when that offer is shown in the app. Yohaku Pro Lifetime is a one-time purchase and is not a subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Prices vary by storefront; the exact price is shown before purchase. Manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account subscription settings. Any unused trial time is forfeited when a paid subscription begins.
