Start a detox session for 15, 30, 60 minutes or open-ended. A full-screen Presence Mode with a gentle breathing animation and mindful prompts helps you stay off your phone. When you finish, your minutes are logged automatically.
BUILD OFFLINE HABITS
Set screen-habit goals like "no phone after 10pm", "phone-free dinners" or "screens off by bedtime". Check them off each day and grow a streak. Get curated tips to reduce screen time and a library of offline activity ideas.
SEE YOUR PROGRESS
Track phone-free minutes, streaks and patterns with calming charts: a consistency heatmap, week-by-week comparisons, your best times of day, and personal records. A simple Focus score keeps you motivated.
GENTLE REMINDERS
