GENTLE REMINDERS
Set a caring nudge every 30 minutes, hour, or two hours — only within the hours and on the days you choose. Use your own words or a quick preset like “Take a break” or “Breathe”, and optionally add a random message from your favourite themes. Reminders stay entirely on your device and respect Focus and Do Not Disturb.
REMOVE ADS WITH A SUBSCRIPTION
Supporting Me is free to use with occasional ads. Subscribe to remove ads and support the app, with a monthly or yearly plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
