PureScan Foods is a content analysis tool that turns the additives and E-numbers on food labels into readable information. THREE WAYS TO SCAN Snap a photo of the label and let OCR read the ingredient list automatically. Or scan the barcode to pull product data from the OpenFoodFacts database. You can also paste an ingredient list to analyze it. REGULATORY STATUS AND PROCESSING LEVEL Each additive's official status under EU regulations, its NOVA processing level, and the Nutri-Score nutrition indicator on a single screen. Information is based directly on regulatory classifications. FAMILY PROFILES AND ALLERGEN FLAGGING The EU's 14 mandatory allergens plus 9 additional ones, 23 in total, are flagged automatically on every scan. Set up a separate profile for each family member; when you scan a product, compatibility for all profiles appears at once. PRODUCT COMPARISON Place two products side by side. Compare processing level, additive count, sugar, sodium, and saturated fat at a glance. Choose with data, not guesswork. GURU: AI ASSISTANT Guru knows your profiles and scan history. It answers questions like "What is E249 in this product?" based on your profile. ADDITIVE ENCYCLOPEDIA More than 150 food additives, each with its E-number, regulatory status, and a plain-language explanation. A quick reference while you shop. 20 DIET PROFILES Vegan, vegetarian, ketogenic, gluten-free, lactose-free, halal, kosher, FODMAP, Mediterranean, and more, 20 nutrition profiles in total.
