HeelHub is one private space for a dog trainer and their clients — session booking, trainer-approved lesson theory, questions with photos and video, practice reminders and progress you can actually see. No marketplace, no public feeds: just you, your trainer, and your dog.
FOR DOG OWNERS • See your trainer's real availability and book a free slot — it's held for you until the trainer confirms. • Read the lesson afterwards: clear, owner-friendly theory published by your trainer after each session. • Ask anything, show everything — send questions with photos or video and get answers from your own trainer. • Practice on schedule with reminders that repeat daily, twice a day, weekly or monthly — delivered exactly on time. • Watch progress grow: recall, leash, focus and calmness scores from intake to today. • Keep every dog in the family on one profile — and everything is free for owners. No trial, no limits, no payment details.
FOR TRAINERS • Publish your weekly hours once; clients can only request slots you actually offer. Approve or decline in a tap — double bookings are impossible. • Keep clients and their dogs organised: profiles, session history, assessments and reminders in one place. • Turn session notes into owner-friendly theory with an AI draft you review, edit and approve before anyone sees it. • Assign homework with repeating reminders and see it on the dog's profile. • Invite clients with a one-time code — they're in your space in seconds. • Fair pricing: your first month is free, then simple one-time credit packs. Accepting a session costs one credit (refunded if it's cancelled). No subscription.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is shared only between you and your trainer — there are no ads, no tracking for advertising, and your data is never sold. Photos and videos are visible only to the trainer–client pair they belong to.

A daily-theory library
Write short reads whenever you have a minute — jot down a few key points and
let the AI draft the text for you. Assign one to as many clients as you like in
a tap, and see at a glance who has actually read it.
Sessions you can move
Cancel or reschedule a session and both calendars stay in step.

Choose formal or informal per client, and the text HeelHub drafts for them
follows it.

Vietnamese and Chinese. HeelHub follows your phone's language, or pick your own
in Profile.
The short guided tour now plays once for everyone, walking through a full
training loop from booking to practice.
Fixed: phones set to a language we don't support yet now fall back to English
instead of German, and a duplicate button on empty list screens is gone.
