FOR TRAINERS • Saved locations: keep the places you train at — name, address, a map link, a note like "meet at the north gate" — under Profile › Locations or the pin on the Calendar. Scheduling offers them in a tap; "Somewhere else…" covers a one-off place. • Directions for your clients: every session at a saved place shows the address and your note, with a Directions button that opens their maps app. Changing a saved place later never changes a booked session. • Add to calendar: put an upcoming session into your phone's calendar in one tap — named after the dog, at the place, with an alert an hour ahead. • Better on iPad: tapping a session, a client or a note opens it beside the list instead of covering it, so the tabs and the list stay in reach — wherever there is room. Lesson notes are yours to write — by hand, from your own library, or with an AI helper you can now switch off completely. And everything your clients read comes out neatly formatted. FOR TRAINERS • Write lesson notes yourself: the notes box, Enhance and Publish are always there. Generating a draft is one way to fill the page, never the way in. • Your own library of notes: "Insert from my library" drops a daily theory you have already written into this session's notes, its videos included. "Save to my library" keeps the notes you just wrote for the next client who needs them. • Reuse your videos: "Pick from my videos" attaches a clip already uploaded to another theory — no second upload, no waiting. • AI helper on or off: one switch at the top of both theory editors. Off, the editor is just the topic, the text, the videos and Save — and it opens that way next time. • Formatting that shows up: headings, bullet lists and bold in your notes and daily reads, with a Preview button so you see exactly what your client will read. Notes you wrote earlier look just as they did. • Journal notes you have used: mark a client's note once it has gone into a plan and it stops coming back when you plan the next session. Undo it any time from the client's journal.
