QR SECURITY & VISITOR MANAGEMENT
Issue digital visitor passes with time-limited QR codes. Guards scan at the gate — no paper, no missed records. Vehicle plate recognition speeds up repeat-visitor approvals. Full access audit trail with automatic data-retention limits.
MAINTENANCE & WORK ORDERS
Residents submit maintenance requests with photos. Management assigns to staff or vendors, and residents can request a management-approved service provider from inside a request, with management approval when the compound requires it. Track status from open to assigned to resolved. No group-chat chains, no lost tickets.
BOARD GOVERNANCE & VOTING
Formal association ballots with certified voter rolls, secret voting sealed until close, timestamped receipts, and revocation before the deadline. Board elections run start to finish: owners self-nominate, voting opens on the candidate slate, and officers are seated automatically by vote rank. Vote weighting per person, per unit, or by ownership share — set per your governing documents. Every closed ballot produces a certified tabulation report for your minutes. The union head and treasurer review the annual budget, maintenance fund and reserve, and approve or reject pending expenses with a recorded reason.
DUES & COMMUNITY FINANCES
Transparent dues and fee management. Contributions tracked per unit with full ledger history.
RENTALS INSIDE THE COMPOUND
Owners list their unit for rent; management reviews the listing before it is published. People looking for a home browse listings and request a viewing, arranged inside the app.
