Snap a photo of the plate and Glide estimates the carbs. My Lab then groups the meals your family repeats and shows what each one does: how high it climbs, how often it ran high, the carb ratio that worked. Pick one meal, change one thing: a longer pre-bolus, a smaller portion. A few weeks of ordinary dinners will tell you whether it helped.
