I can’t say how impressed I am with this new app. It allows you to practice speaking and writing Latin in a totally communicative way, at whatever level you’re currently at. Normally in a class I hesitate to speak, because my spoken Latin skills aren’t great. But with this app I’m not self-conscious, and am able to speak Latin much more easily. I like too the way it gives feedback about errors in a very gentle way.

The characters now always address you with the correct form of your Latin name. Faced with a modern word, the character guesses and describes it in Latin instead of translating it flatly. In the Itinera the mission is no longer cut off: it scrolls like a news ticker. Plus smaller refinements.
