Used to dread calling the office and leaving voicemails that went nowhere. With Max I just message what's wrong — my AC, a leak, whatever — and it actually gets logged and scheduled. I can see the status instead of wondering if anyone heard me. Got my heater fixed in two days. Honestly makes renting way less stressful.
